How to get there

There are two daily flights from Salalah to Muscat at 13:20 and 18:05 on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. On Mondays, there are two flights at 18:05 and 22:00 and on Wednesdays there are three flights at 13:20, 18:05 and 22:00. On Fridays there are two flights at 21:00 and 22:00.
öAnother option is Salalah to Muscat by bus. With at least three coaches departing every day, seat availability is almost assured.
Alternatively, if you enjoy taking a long drive, then traveling to Muscat by car is definitely for you. There is a direct road which is interspersed with the usual necessities like filling stations, motels and eating places.

Salalah - Muscat
 - Everyday at 7am, 10am and 5pm. On Wednesdays there is an additional bus at 1pm.
 
Salalah - Dubai
 - Everyday at 3pm.
 
Salalah - Mukalla
 - Monday and Thursday at 6am.
Salalah - Al Garcla
 - Monday and Wednesday at 11am.
Parcels can reliably be sent to and from these destinations on the buses with next-day delivery at a minimal cost.
